Replacement Part Request

Thank you for purchasing our products. Before filling out the replacement part request form, please make sure you understand and meet the following conditions.

First, we cannot provide replacement parts after the 1 year manufacturers limited warranty.

Second, according to JPMA's suggestion, many older cribs, including secondhand or second use cribs, may not meet all current safety standards. For baby's safety, you should not use an old crib even if you are on a tight budget. You should not purchase an old crib at a garage sale or accept a hand-me-down that does not meet current Federal and ASTM standards. We cannot provide replacement parts for secondhand/used cribs.

Third, in order to properly process your request, AFG requires you to provide the date of purchase and your purchase receipt or other appropriate proof of purchase.

To ensure the safety of your child, AFG requires the model number and PO# of your items so the correct parts can be provided. Only replacement parts supplied by AFG should be used on AFG products. Products that have been modified in any way are not covered under this warranty.

Please make sure your product is still under warranty.
