AFG Baby Furniture Return Policy
Please contact your retailer within 30 days of purchase if you are dissatisfied with your product. If you have had your The AFG product for less than a year, please contact us for replacement parts for your registered warranty item at service@afgbabyfurniture.com, or by calling (323) 722-6268. For products that you have had over a year, we would be glad to help you as well; please contact us regarding the issue with your product.
VENDORS: All merchandise purchased through us may be returned with a valid RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization) within 30 days of receipt unless otherwise noted. Additional guidelines may apply*. To obtain a RMA#, please email us at service@afgbabyfurniture.com and provide the following information:
Original order number, receipt, invoice and/or confirmation email
Date your package was received, and the condition of the package
Reason for returning item (exchange, defect, damage, incorrect purchase, etc.)
Once you receive your RMA# with instructions and mailing address, please include all parts, pieces, printed materials, and accessories, along with the product’s original packaging. Also include a copy of your packing slip and RMA# with your return shipment, and write the RMA# on the surface of the box.
Please note that we are not responsible for return packages that may be lost or damaged in transit. We recommend that you choose a method of shipping with tracking and insurance.
Customer is responsible for all shipping costs incurred as a result of the return. All items must be returned in original packaging; return shipments received without an RMA will not qualify for a credit. In addition, returns as a result of incorrect purchase, buyer’s remorse, or other returns that are not as a result of a manufacturing defect, recall, or damage in transit shall be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
* For returns on bundled products, all pieces from the bundle must be returned at the customer’s expense for a refund, minus a restocking fee after proper inspection for damages. Individual pieces from any bundle order will not be accepted and cannot be returned for a partial refund.
